I have decided - having thought through the process for quite awhile now - that this journal will soon become null. No, I'm not stopping icon-making; on the contrary, the reason for doing this is because I feel I need a new direction in icon-making. And there are too many entries that I created which were half-baked, and I resent them.
After the deletion of this journal, beforewhich I will notify my friends and communities which I belong to so that they won't delete me from their roster, I will immediately recreate another journal under the same name (blizpeak). This is the quickest way that I could reason to delete many posts at once.
Some slight changes, but for the most part everything will remain the same:
1. It will be Friends Only
2. Probably a different layout, nothing special.
3. Themed. Things that I enjoy doing, like Zelda, Videogames (not that I don't already XP), and other random stuff.
4. I will keep important posts from here, such as my Awards post. Most likely, if I can get the word out in time, this transaction will happen later tonight or tomorrow.
Thanks again. I'll see you all real soon. :)

This is my awards post. It's going in my memories along with my ghetto-awesome tutorials section.

I've had these icons made for awhile, but I was waiting for a good time to post them.
...I'm tired of waiting now.
This is Legend of Zelda...again. Eight icons. I'll try and cover more topics with the icons in the future, and tone down on the video games. Sorry, it's a curse. XP

Alright: here's the deal.
I've tried to put a themed set together for my next Zelda post, but couldn't get many of the icons right. So this morning, I kind of said 'screw it' and put together the top nine best scraps that I've been working with. Some of them are good; many of them are just experiments from new tutorials and stuff.

I've been meaning to do a text-post for some time, and finally chose the movie: the Anchorman. Ron Burgundy and all that. I might do Talladega Nights next time...that'd be cool. Ten icons. :)

A manga tutorial that covers the 'drop shadow' feature, giving the icon a paper cut-out effect. Made in CS2 - not to sure if other programs have the drop shadow option. If not, get out now just skip that part.

On inspiration adrenaline from my long-favorite tutorial by
gingerfactory, this post is nine icons of the Chronicles of Narnia; tutorial and Variation-font themed.
Note: as always, textless icons are not bases. Thank you. :)

What's with me and icon tutorials now? They're addicting, I tell you!
And it's Zelda again. Woo-hoo!

We're making a Zelda icon today, soon to be a future addition to a Zelda post I'm planning. Nine steps, this one, but I consider it to be fairly easy. And remember: branch out a little. Unless your resources are dried up - like mine - try not to follow this tutorial to the letter. And have fun; I love to see results of your own. ^^

*gasp* What's this? A decent-sized icon post?!
I missed breakfast for it, but I fell in lurve with an icon coloring tutorial. This spasm of inspiration made 11 icons!
And the movie? "V for Vendetta", of course! :P
Note: Textless icons (consisted in this post) are not bases, and should not be treated as such unless permission is given by moi.

Ten - count 'em (not really) - ten Zelda icons. My cold medicine is kicking in, apparently, otherwise I never would have made them quite like this. At least I know I'm crazy for a reason. :P
All based off of one really helpful tutorial. ^^

To make up for my ridiculous last-minute post last night, I sat down for the morning to make some Zelda icons, using screencaps that I thought were totally cool (and never knew existed). ^^
Nine icons this time - some are repeated, with both text and bases.
